Issue:

Getting error “Unauthorized media type “ after creating security profile and attempting to attach a file.

Solution:

Go to Administration> Users > Security Profiles

Edit the profile linked to the user getting the error

Enable “Allow Office document upload”

Save, logout and log back in to test.
