Issue:

Error File format not supported when attaching a document on Ess Expense note Module.

Resolution:

Ensure that the file format is added as a content type before uploading attachments.

To setup the content type, follow the steps below:

STEP1:

Go to Development>Data and Parameters>Development setup>Content Type

 Complete all necessary Fields

STEP2:

Add the Content type to miscellaneous table

Go to Development>Data and Parameters>Miscellaneous tables>Data

Search for table 902

Add the content type’s details in the first blank line at the bottom of the table, ensuring that all mandatory fields are filled in.

After successfully completing step  and step 2,you can now attach the document.
