Since the comment field does not appear in the list of available fields then it can not be added using the standard form designer that is supplied with Sage 50.

I am not aware of any way to modify the stock forms other than using the tools built into Sage 50!
You would have to look at some sort of alternative third party ($$) reporting tools to allow you to do what you want.
