Scheduling Customer Service Calls

Question

I am looking for advice. 
 We have some customers that require annual field/maintenance service. 
 We don't require a full CRM, just something that integrates with the Sage Customer information and has some scheduling information. 
 If anyone can recommend something it would be appreciated.

 That might just work. Will have to see if accounting uses that field also but if not it could just work. 
 Will know more on Monday.
