I recently changed the name of my Visa from Royal Trust Visa to RBC Visa in the vendors section. Now I can not see the cheques I wrote to the Royal Trust Visa name only the RBC Visa cheques? Help!!

View the Vendor Aging report, and see if you can find the payments.

If all you did was change the name on the Vendor Record then the transactions would still be showing in the vendor account. If you set up a new account with the new name and still have the old account running you should still have all the transactions. The two vendor accounts could be merged into one RBC Visa.
Did you delete old data at some point when processing a year end date change? The program asks if you wish to delete the old data and you have an option of Yes or No. Unfortunately this activity cannot be undone.
The suggestion I would recommend is to go to a backup file from immediately before the change and restore it using a different file name and location. This should give you the information you wish to see.
