Hi,

does anyone knows if there is a keep alive option on the application to keep the connection open for more than 15 min?

We are running on sage 50 CA v. 2020 and the connection between the user and the server is constantly closed after 15 minutes of inaction. 

It's probably a network error, but we wanted to confirm if the option 'Keep alive' or equivalent existed on Sage.
