cloud backup failed

I downloaded Sage 2020.1 in December.  Once I did that I have not been able to backup to the Cloud.  How do I get it working again?

    Hi Agate, 

    Thank you for answering. Yes it is checked off and associated with the microsoft 365 account login email that was provided.

    It worked before but hasn't since either  1. When I had to rename the company due to having to open from a last backup. b/c I received the  "Cannot open company file. A required data file is missing" error message after I updated to 2021. or  2. When I updated to 2021
