cloud backup failed

I downloaded Sage 2020.1 in December.  Once I did that I have not been able to backup to the Cloud.  How do I get it working again?

    When I do that, It says " this copy will not be shared company" If I click "oK" then it says" This company is connected to  Microsoft 365 account, however the copy you are creating will not be connected" If I save it once everyone is logged off this evening will my employees still be able access it tomorrow?
