• Auto Setup lets you easily connect Sage 50 Accounting to Sage Accounting with one click.

1. Click Upload Sage 50 Accounts to Sage Accounting to quickly replicate the chart of accounts found in your Sage 50 Accounting business. You can upload one or more accounts.
2. Match your Sage Accounting categories with corresponding Sage 50 Accounting accounts. If Sage 50 Accounting finds a Sage Accounting category with the same account number and account class as an account in Sage 50 Accounting, then Sage 50 Accounting will match them automatically.
3. Select a default account for inventory item assets and a COGS account for items or services sold.
4. Match your Sage Accounting taxes with corresponding taxes in Sage 50 Accounting. If Sage 50 Accounting finds a Sage Accounting tax with the same name and rate as a tax in Sage 50 Accounting, then Sage 50 Accounting will match them automatically.
5. Match your Sage Accounting tax codes with corresponding tax codes in Sage 50 Accounting. If Sage 50 Accounting finds a Sage Accounting tax code with the same name and rates as a tax code in Sage 50 Accounting, then Sage 50 Accounting will match them automatically.
6. Choose to upload other records like customers, vendors, and inventory items. You can upload one or more records.
7. Click Download Transactions to begin downloading transactions from Sage Accounting.
8. Click Finish to close the window.
