cannot access remote data feature

I have a client that I set up for remote data access on his end.  Installed his new version of Sage 50 premium.  Set the file up to share, added me as a user and put his file in multi user mode.    I did this at his office location this morning.   When I got home I see I did not get any email invite but I tried to log into RDA to see if I could access the file.  I log in with my Sage Id and I get an error message saying I have a valid Sage Id but I am not authorized to use this feature.    I tried calling the support line several times but each time they say there are no agents available to assist me.   I need to resolve this asap as I have to process payroll.   I have the accountants version on my computer.

    turns out the issue was still on the client's end.  For some reason the file was not sharing.  Spent a couple of hours with Sage tech today and finally managed to figure out what the issue was (apparently we had to change the date format on our computer).  Got that sharing and I've now been able to access their file.
