sending email invoice error code

Question

an error occurred sending the email , invoice. MAPI result code 21. 
 We have shut down and closed out, rebooted and started againTried to send an email from Outlook and it worked. 
 Please help me resolve I need to make up and send out invoices.

 What version of Sage 50 are you currently using? You may want to have a look at KB 77349 and see if this solves your problem.
