Thanks for reaching out. Is this issue still ongoing for you? Our site https://status.sage.com/ has Remote Data Access for North America and Sage 50 CA listed as ok with no issues. If you're using this internationally, then the team has advised to go to Help > Upgrade your Sage 50 product > OK. Ensure the message says "Activation successful." See here for more details.
