Sage 50 Canada Quantum shuts down

If I haven't been on Sage for a bit, it will sometimes shut down and I get the following message "This transaction could not be processed because the company database could not be found, or the database engine is not running. If your company data is stored on a network computer, make sure that the network drive is accessible from your computer. Sage 50 will now close. Any unsaved work will be lost."

THEN!!! When I try to log back in it tells me "someone is already using the program under this name." So we have to re-boot the main computer so that I can get back in....This has also happened to others in the office - so very frustrating.

Please help? Quantum 2022.3 Windows 10 Pro
