Make sure all windows are closed (use the button on the toolbar).

Then open the window you are having problems with - do not yet click on anything.

If the window does not show on screen, immediately hit Alt-Space and see if a menu pops up.

If so, hit M for move and use the arrows to move the window back on screen.

If the menu showed up at the top right of your screen, use the left and possibly the down arrows to move the window back on screen.  When it is back on screen, hit Enter.  Now you can use the mouse to move it.

Hi there, unfortunately that is not the problem that I am having.  I can scroll along the toolbar and when my cursor is on the Sage icon, I can see minimized screens of my main screen on the left and a blank white screen on my right that is supposed to be my "Inventory and Services Records".  But when I move my cursor to click onto the blank white mini screen view to bring it up to the main screen, it won't do it.  I can close it, move, but I can't open it any further or even make a new or change any of my inventory list information.  I've shut down my computer thinking that there's a glich in my computer system, but that didn't work either.  Any other suggestions?
