Can't connect to my shared company

SOLVED

I tried to open my company today, which is always a shared company; but there was an error.  So when I tried to "connect to a shared company", typed in my email & password, I received the message "we were not able to retrieve the list of shared companies for your login."

I have never received this message before.  I restored my company from its last backup (which was yesterday), but its clear the company is no longer shared.  How can I access my shared company again?

    Same problem,

    It's interesting that there is no support available, they have the weekend off, if sage is so big wouldn't it be worth having at least one support member on staff on the weekend? Businesses need more support then just during sage business hours
