Your monthly subscription has expired

Hi there!

I just purchased Sage 50 Pro Accounting (desktop version) for 1 User for 1 year as I have been doing every year since 2020 from Best Buy. However, this time around I'm getting a notification that my monthly subscription has expired, even though I never signed up for one. I have registered the new product in the portal using the activation key that Best Buy provided. Has anyone experienced this before?

    Thanks for reaching out. Believe I found your account ending 400xxxxx556 and the new Sage 50 Canada 2023 version with a 1 year chat support subscription registered on 03/26/2026. This chat subscription would need to be manually added. Our Customer Service team has now done this so you'll just need to relaunch Sage 50 on your end. We've also updated the support ticket regarding this. Let us know if you need anything further :)

    Note that if you are still getting this message, you may need to swap out the old product codes for the new ones in Sage 50 Canada Pro edition 2023. To do this visit the Customer Portal (logon using your email and visit Activation Codes). Once you have the new codes, open the Sage 50 software go to the Help menu > Update Your Sage 50 Product and copy paste the serial and activation codes in > then press OK
