After almost a month - I have sent emails and called in to explain that the Sage50 account was cancelled, but still everyday at 9pm I get a notice that Sage has tried to put through a payment on my visa.
I signed up the 1st of Feb for Sage50 desktop for a company I no long work for. I called Sage rep. and explained the situation, told the person that I was no longer there and to cancel / remove me from that account and then opened up a new one on the cloud for myself. That was March 21st.
I had also been assured by the original sales person that should I need to (was not sure at that time how long I would be with this company - one of the partners was out of the country) I could cancel with no penalty.
You'd think Sage would way more on top of this sort of thing. Anyways - Can someone please reach out to me to get this resolved?
