Thanks for reaching out. Looks like your email (on your Sage City profile) doesn't come up in our CRM and your name comes up a lot in our system.  Your Account ID and or serial number (that is searchable on my end*) can be found by opening Sage 50  and going to  Help > About > Support info for the Canadian version).

On the main page of your Sage 50 software click on the Help tab, go down to bottom and click on 'About Sage 50...', another box will pop up - click on the 'Support info..' at bottom right corner. This opens up another box that will show your company name, Serial nbr, etc, along with your Account ID.
