Auto Entry Desktop Sync error

Anyone else having issues?

I try to log into the Auto Entry Desktop Sync service and i get the error:

Please check that AutoEntry DesktopSync Service is running. 

I'm trying to start the AutoEntry DesktopSync Service so this makes little sense. Seems like this add on really struggles on weekends.

    There must be something goin on. I got past the log in and previous error by restarting... I get a new error:

    Warning You cannot open this company. It is incompatible with your current Sage 50 Canada solution. Please contact the file owner/creator for a different version or else upgrade your Sage 50 Canada to the latest release to use this feature.

    Now I can't connect to Auto Entry AND I can't open Sage in Single User Mode I'm assuming becuase autoentry is actually connected on the server side?

    Any ideas?

    I am only guessing but I think Autoentry server side updated their connection to 2024.0 and I'm stuck in 2023.2 until Oct 10 becuase I'm not an accountant. I DL the new company but it won't let me open and update the company file with my Serial becuase the Key Code is not working and can't be retreived automatically.

    Just posting here in hopes that someone can think of a work around.

    Was hoping to make a big push posting with Auto Entry for year end... today. Sigh.
