sage 50 Canadian down

Sage people, this is now over 24 hours down, costing me thousands of missed billable time and paying employees for nothing - Quickbooks cloud is up and going. What is more frustrating is my laptop works, and one of my desktops works, but two of my desktops don't.....we pay you folks good money, and right now, is seems wasted.

    I completely understand your frustration and the impact this disruption may have caused to your business. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced.

    I'd like to provide an update on the situation: As of 12:10 ET on 11/03/2023, we've made significant progress:

    • Sage 50 functionality is now fully operational.
    • The Customer and Partner portals are accessible and running smoothly.
    • All other services are back online and fully functional, with the exception of our Product Documentation sites. We are actively working on this and recognize the importance of these resources to our users.

    If you are still facing any specific issues, especially regarding the desktops that aren't working, please let us know. We're here to help and guide you through any necessary steps or provide additional resources.
