Credit card processors are cracking down on security.  They are checking the address more often now, mostly the postal code on the statement.  If you have been entering it or if it is displayed, make sure it matches what is on your credit card statement.  Otherwise, someone from Sage will have to help you with this.

Haven't come across other reports but if this is for the Customer Portal and or Sage Accounting CA online software then you can try using the Google Chrome browser.
