Online Business (amazon) and Account setup

I'm new to Sage, I've used quickbooks in the past and I work as an accounting clerk using Microsoft products so I have some knowledge but not formal accounting training.

I'm just setting up in sage, I have sage 50 premium so that I can do FiFO inventory.

I know I need to set up an inventory, sales and COG account for each of my inventory items I want to track.

My question is how to handle amazon sales.

Example:

Cat toy sells on amazon for $21.99 USD,  Amazon keeps $5.97 USD for shipping ( I use fufillment by amazon services) and referral fee's.

They deposit $16.02 USD into my Canadian account.

How do I account for these fee's? I want at the end of the day to be able to accurately track each product and profit margin. so what sort of accounts do I need to set up extra for the fee's or do I dump fee's into COGS? and if so how do I do up a sales receipt showing each transaction sale price and fee's?

I hope this makes sense and there is someone out here who can help me.  I have enabled multicurrency to deal with the issue of USD being converted and deposited into my account.
