I would check your employee list with inactive enable see how many employee you have, if you do not have 8479 employee, then try to remove 1 or 2 record see if that rest's it , you can also run dbutil.exe (10403) and Advance Database Check (40861) both locally to check the file

If you still not able to resolved it, best call in to Sage 50 CA customer support 1 888 522 2722
