Pension assessment default printer

SOLVED

When running the Pensions assessment option and click the Print Icon this then attempts to send to a PDF print driver that we have installed.  This is not the default printer.

Every other option prints to the default printer.

Is there a setting that should be changed to allow the print to go to the default.  Or is it an issue within this option alone.

We renamed the default print aWAGESPRINTER thinking it may be something silly like getting the first alphabetically but it still went to the CutePDF printer.

However, renaming CutePDF printer to XYZCute PDF the system then chose the default printer.

Can you suggest anything we can try to correct this rather than having to select the default printer from the dialogue box all the time.

    Hi Vicky,

Please select Help > About > Report Directory and open the file called Assessment.

In here look under properties > Save Printer Settings > Change to False.

Then select File > Save As > Save a copy to your desktop and call it Assessment.

Then go back to your Reports directory and drag the desktop Assessment report into the reports directory (overwrite the existing file when prompted).

Then try the print again and let me know.

    Hi Adam,

That's worked fine. Was a little confused in opening the file but then realised it should open in to the report editor. Once there managed to amend and copy into the correct folder.

    Thanks
