Sage Pensions Module not showing any providers

Has anyone else had this problem after updating to the 2017/18 version? I click on export pensions and no providers show in the list. I was expecting this update to fix the broken people pension export, not make the situation worse!

    That is not an issue that any of the payroll product specialist have come across before.

    Do you have a multi-company copy of the software? If yes, is the issue there for other companies?

    The first solution option suggested would be to try a re-install of the year-end update, which may resolve the issue

    If it doesn't, on this occasion, if you have access to this as part of your Sage Cover contract, we would recommend you contact our technical support line.

    If you don't have Sage Cover, please come back to us and we'll see if there are any other things that we can troubleshoot.
