For the last two weekly payroll runs when selecting 'Send Pension Data' the error message 'No Data To Export' has appeared and no Maintenance and Contributions files have been created. I have been running the Pensions Module since April 2014 linked to The People's Pension and this is the first time this problem has occurred. To make it even more peculiar; we have two companies with two payrolls in each company and the rest of the payroll runs are creating the appropriate files as normal. It is just one payroll causing the problem. Has anyone come across this in the last week or two?
I see a suggested work-around according to a Sage help article is to manually produce the submission information which is not a satisfactory solution at all.
