Online portal payslips

I have a staff member who has changed surname since getting married & so her email address has changed.  How do I update this on the system with just deleting and creating a new login?  I don't want her to lose all the historical payslips that have been uploaded under her old name.

    Hi Sophie,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    To change an employee's email address you need to delete the employee from your Online Payslips/P60s portal, then in Sage 50cloud Payroll update their surname and email address in the employee record.

    When you next process your payroll and upload the employee's current payslip from Sage 50cloud Payroll, they will receive a new welcome email and can create new login details.

    I saw this online but I don't want her to lose her previously payslips (as this has cost money to upload).  Will all the historical payslips that have previously been uploaded be there when she logs in under the new account?

    The employee can still view their payslips until you remove the employee from the portal Sophie. Therefore, you might want to check with them that they’ve printed all of the payslips they need for their records before you delete them.
