Pension cyclical re-enrolment process

SUGGESTED

My cyclical re-enrolment date is 1/11/19.  I run payroll once a month on 20th of the month each month (or closest working day).

Can I go ahead and run pension assessment now and complete my re-enrolment ahead of running my payroll at the end of this week.  Or do I just run it as part of my monthly payroll?  It should be straightforward, 3 employees all to be assessed and put back into the scheme.

Many thanks

Lindsay

    Hi Lindsay.

    Thanks for using Sage City.

You have 3 months either side of your re-enrolment date to re-enrol employees so if you haven't already done so, you can assess the employees and enrol them in October's pay period.

The following guides will assist you further with the entire process: 35119 & 35444

    Thanks Sean

I have assessed my empoyees in my October payroll, i have 3 who were currently in the scheme and to stay in the scheme.  However after i assessed them and followed usual payroll steps.  There are no letters to send out to employees and no flag to say they were any changes this period - does this mean i haven't completed cyclical re-enrolment? I followed the same steps as the video on the guide you sent.

    Thanks, Lindsay
