Announcing a Sage 100 ERP Installation Phone Queue

Effective Monday, December 16th, our voice messaging will change.  We’ve added a new queue for Sage 100 ERP installations, and added a better description for the Tech/Tools queue.

When you dial into our Support Center, the new messaging will state:

For general assistance with business management modules such as A-P, A-R, manufacturing, and distribution, press 1.

General assistance with financial modules, such as G-L, payroll, or financial reporting, press 2.

For support issues or concerns with installing, upgrading, or registering your software, press 3.  

For all other technical issues such as printing, paperless office or data importing and exporting, press 4.
