When do you typically run the Remove Zero Balance Invoices utility...

We have sent invoices @ $0 to customers several times lately.

Are you sending these from history? This utility is only concerned with the AR_OpenInvoice file and would not affect emailing either new or historical invoices.

I discussed with user to understand better her situation and she didn't realize some of our customers want invoices even if there are at 0 balance..
