So just a normal range.

What accounts are not getting included?

It's just random accounts.

Same random account each time.  Never had a problem before we upgraded to Sage 100 2019.  The range is the main account number.

Just to be clear you previously gave an example of a range as 10 To 20.

I thought you had a quick fix or possible solution.  I'm calling Sage next week, so hopefully they'll have an answer.  The sample range I gave you was an example of the syntax used for the range.  The actual range is 4000-5000, and there is one account in that range not showing on the report.  There are no hidden rows.  This worked fine in the 2014 version.  Thanks for trying to help.
