Some cells not calculating correctly

SOLVED

Have a client that's been using Sage Intelligence for several years.  After upgrading Sage 100 to the 2019 version and moving to a new server, one report is not calculating correctly.

Most rows are fine, but we have a range calculation that's not including all of the accounts in the range.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

    I thought you had a quick fix or possible solution.  I'm calling Sage next week, so hopefully they'll have an answer.  The sample range I gave you was an example of the syntax used for the range.  The actual range is 4000-5000, and there is one account in that range not showing on the report.  There are no hidden rows.  This worked fine in the 2014 version.  Thanks for trying to help.
