Some cells not calculating correctly

SOLVED

Have a client that's been using Sage Intelligence for several years.  After upgrading Sage 100 to the 2019 version and moving to a new server, one report is not calculating correctly.

Most rows are fine, but we have a range calculation that's not including all of the accounts in the range.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Maybe try to clear the tenant cache for the company.

Procedure to follow would be this:  From the Report Manager, click on the Tools menu then highlight the HOME
"folder."  This will make the Tenant Cache an active option to select.  If it is not active, just click off of HOME then click back on it.  Do a drop down on the Tenant Cache and choose View Tenant Cache (you can clear it but if you use multiple companies that can be a pain because you have to launch Sage Intelligence from each company at least one time). Once you have the Tenant Case viewed, find the entries for your company and click Delete.  Close out of the Tenant Viewer and close out of Report Manager.  Re-launch and try your report.
