I heard back from the SPP Team on this issue.
"The SPP service is not able to access the partner subscription (Sage 100 Testing DSD) and receiving an error.
ok - I ran through all of that again, we'll see if the third time is a charm.
We believe we've found the cause of this issue. The subscription ID entered into the SPP portal was incorrect. When you receive email from Insights, there will be two GUIDs. One is the Partner ID and…
It still says setting up this morning - can someone please look into this?
Eric Anderson SLC - Ok, the SPP team has changed your subscription back to a Status of "Fault". Can you try setting up the subscription again? Apologies for the inconvenience - they implemented a fix for this issue overnight to hopefully prevent future issues.

More information to pass on to you
When I go under service providers there is nothing there. And when I try to add offer I don't see Sage and when I search for Sage nothing comes up. Can you explain what you need me to do with a step by step process?
Just wondering, did you follow the study guide, I believe around page 37, 38? The suggestion I'm hearing is following that process is necessary. Let me know if you have or once you have to see if it gets resolved.
where would I find that study guide - I don't see it under the resources tab in this group
Rachel Jansen, Can you provide that information please? Thank you!
Yes, I will email you a copy of the Study Guide Eric Anderson SLC
Got it - thanks.
When I am on the Connect-AzAccount step of the PowerShell command prompt (page 41 of the guide) I am receiving a lengthy error message ("The term Connect-AzAccount is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function.....")
