Order With Deposit or CCP Transactions Can't Be Deleted

has anyone else gotten the message in the title and find a work around?

There was a hiccup in our accounting process a couple months ago and some of the open sales orders were charged and a deposit now lives in the order.

We aren't able to delete the order as the error (title) pops up.

Has anyone found a way to delete open sales orders with deposits in them?

Where does that message appear? Is that the exact wordings of the message?

The user should get a prompt to void credit card transaction if he/she has the rights to do so (Role Maintenance, Library Master - Security Options "Allow user to Void/Re-authorized Credit Card Transactions".

The message appears when going to delete the sales order and is the exact phase of the title.

Im not able to void the transaction since the money is deposited into the sales order

I cannot find that message in Sage 100. You get the error when you click the Delete button in sales order entry?
