Change labor cost to non-billable labor

New to Sage, and learning.

So I have been asked to close Job work order's that we did not billed the customer. But in payroll (5-2-2 payroll records) I see that the labor cost was charged to the job.

How do I change that? I have been asked to change that to non-billable labor, can that be done? Also, this took place 4 months ago too.

If I understand you correctly, you go into the job cost 6-3, move to the "Time & Materials Billing" tab, and change the billing status to '2-Not billable.'

I went and checked that out, and I believe it might work in the future. I did go read some information on that, and it looks like I may not be able to change there since the box is shaded.

But this gives me some kind of direction to go to.
