Print Financial Satements - FrCom Addin

I have searched the knowledgebase and i have not seen the answer.

The Print Financial Statement suddenly stopped working on my workstation. The other workstations are ok.

I get this error whenever I click "Print" and when Excel tries to run the report...

FrCom Addin

Initializing FR Error (12) : Fail in starting Print Financial Statements.

I am running Excel 2016 32bit.

I followed some instructions from other posts... like running Sage 300 on admin and run the financial report designer.

This issue looks like new. Whenever I search for Error (12) nothing comes up.

I hope somebody knows the answer as I find this Sage City hard to look for help.

I saw this new problem earlier this week at one client, no resolution yet.

Seems like it is an Excel issue. The Excel was running with the latest version 16.0.8326.2073.

I followed the instruction from this post:

I downgraded the Click-To-Run version to 16.0.8229.2086 and every thing is back to normal.

Hi,

I already tried above solution, but it didn't work.Running 32 bit Office 2016 (Version 1807 (Build 10325.20082)) and Sage 300 2018 PU2 on Win 10 Pro 64 bit. Because MS office does not install under C:\program file\Microsoft Office, it installed on Program Files\WindowsApp which does not allowed any access even administrator.

My Error is : FRcom Addin: Initializing FR Error (30).

Please Help me.
