These past few days, one of the users is showing in Other tab under the Current Users instead of being in LanPak tab. What happens is there is no "Sign Out Selected Users" button in the Other tab and could not sign the user out even using the Admin account.
How do I force sign out the user under the Other tab?
My colleague does not have access to the Windows server Admin account to force Log Out the user from the Remote Server.
Would appreciate your help.
