1. Jay, this happens on multiple antivirus eg  trend, kasparsky, eset, Symantec. Large organizations believe it is a security risk to exclude sage folders from scan's the old story of accountant versus IT

No, it doesn't happen on multiple antivirus, it's only you.  I have over 200 clients in my portfolio, and not a single one has reported this.

Jay, i'm leaving it here but take exception to the fact you say it is only me , in the last 3 days i had to help at least 8 sites with same issue ( not all where i'm personally involved but where consultants had reach out to me). The list include sites in Kenya, South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique. 2 on ESET, 3 on Trend, 1 each on Symantec and Kasparcky. All of them back up and running. All excluding Sage folders from scan at moment but IT department all raising security concern
