Use a VPN with a multi-factor authentication to connect to your server.  Don't put it on the open internet.

Ok. What if the installation is only at the server, and publish to all users to access via Sage 300 Web. Can apply / implement the MFA on the web screen login? Does Sage 300 has it own setup for this and is it possible? Thanks.

Sage 300 Web does not have MFA.
