No it is a real pain in the butt, at a client with over 20 databases, it takes forever.   There should be a propagate function so that only once you finish changing all groups and close the icon that it applies then.  It has added absolutely hours to a simple function.

I was kinda afraid no was the answer. 

Sorry to hear about the 20 databases that is brutal. Even with only the 4 databases I am experimenting with manually inserting the records into the tables to avoid the extra time.
