I took the dive in to 2023 PU3 with the new Vault and Store. For the most part, things have been working but we get some random errors, and I am curious if anyone else has seen these issues?
First issue that I see randomly is when trying to log in. The system will immediately say "Cannot verify user information" when entering the user name and password. Trying immediately again may work or may not work.
Next issue that I have seen but not as frequent is that Sage 300 will act like there are no databases set up and will not provide a list of companies to log in to. It refers you to go to Database Setup to create the database. This is another spot where trying again may work or may not for a period of time.
And....it seems to take quite a bit longer to sign in when the information bar says Connecting to Database and then Loading Program Information Files.
Anyone else experiencing this with 2023 PU3?
