inventory adjustment error

hi - when trying to remove 5 units of inventory that we physically do not have i get an error message " there is insufficient qty for the adjustment". there is no qty reserved on the serial stock listing report. thank you

Did you have a chance to reach out to customer support on this question?

I imagine that they will need to get more information on the issue.. I believe the problem is the items are serialized and/or lotted and even there are 5 units on hand, there aren't 5 serial numbers and/or lot numbers available to adjust.
