We have two company data files and we recently upgraded from Sage Quantum 2019 to Sage Quantum 2020. After converting both databases and completing the upgrade, only one of our company files can be opened.(NOTE: at first, neither company file would open but after a repair install we got the first company file to open successfully.) When we try and open the second company we receive the following message: "Sage 50 cannot be started. Please reboot your computer or click HELP for more information."
There are no options if you click help. Also, rebooting does nothing. We talked to support and tried repairing the installation a second time but it did not work, and reconverting the company data from a backup did not fix the issue either. has anyone else ad this problem?
