Emails not sending through Outlook

Hi! One of our users is having a very strange issue. She has the latest 32-bit version of Office 365 on her computer as well as the latest version of Sage 50. She is able to send one purchase order in the morning without issue. Subsequent ones bring up the error stating "No email program or default profile could be found. For more information or to configure Webmail in Sage 50, select Email Setup from the Main menu."

  • The computer originally ran Windows 7, but has since been updated to Windows 10. This did not impact this issue with Sage.
  • We fully uninstalled both Sage 50 and Office and reinstalled them from scratch. 
  • Outlook is the default program for mail and has all of its defaults
  • Sage is set to use the default mail client
  • I set up the built in Windows 10 mail app and set it as default. Sage is able to send one email through it before going back to the aforementioned error.

Any thoughts?
