Sage 50 Integrated Payment Options

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone uses one of the payment solutions for Sage 50 such as Paya or PayPal.  If so, what has been your experience such as ease of use?  Have you found there to be any hidden fees?

    I use the Paya.  In fact, I am an Independent Sales agent for them .  If you would like a quote, I would be happy to send you one.  I think the price is comparable with other credit card services.  It has a lot of great features that I like too.  It is easy to process transactions which saves a lot of time.  Please email me at Shirley@BestBusinessStrategies and I will send you a quote.

    Paya sucks!  I have the hardest time with it.  The transactions go through, and money gets into the bank, however, the payments do not post to the customers account.  They don't get posted ANYWHERE into Sage.  I have to manually enter every single payment that was made online - ridiculous!

    Do you use the "invoice payments" part of Sage50?  I'm being told that is supposed to automatically post the payments to the invoices.  I'm trying to research using these payment tools but I'm having trouble finding detailed info on how it works which is frustrating.  If I have to manually post payments, that's no less work for me than what I do now with manually posting checks.
