PTXA2021.1.1 new PO not created after email

Not sure if this is really an office 365 integration issue, but it does concern integration with outlook so I guess so.

I Installed the 2021.1.1 update last night, and our purchasing manager is struggling to create new POs.

Previously, after you hit the "email" button and sent an email, the form would update to create another new PO. After the update, the email will send successfully but the form does not update to a new PO and he has to close/reopen the purchase orders form. It stays on the old PO and when he tries to save it to get a new one, he gets an error that says it is already created. He finds this highly frustrating.

Any ideas?
