I am using Sage 50 2020 Accountant Edition, and I have created a (Quantum) company. I want to test the work status tracking function in this company, so I have setup both "Tracking Status" and "Notification Rules". The "Tracking Status is working fine, but the "Notification Rules" is not working, it cannot show message in my notification box.
I have checked database, system stored some message in the table "NotificationMsg", below is the saved value:

1 Status changed to Checked
2 Status changed to Ready for Approval
3 Status changed to Approved
4 Status changed to Checked and Assigned to Superviser
5 Status changed to New and Assigned to Staff
6 Assigned to Manager
7 Assigned to Staff
8 Status changed to Ready for Approval and Assigned to Manager
9 Status changed to Approved and Assigned to Admin
10 Status changed to Hold and Assigned to <None>
11 Status changed to Hold
Below is my notification rules setting:
Transaction Type Condition Assignee/Status Send To
Quote Assignee and/or Tracking Status changes Admin
Quote is assigned to Manager Admin
Quote Tracking Status is changed to Hold Admin, Manager
It seem some background logic is work, but system cannot show message in "My Notification Box". How I can solve it?
