I don't understand the issue?   I don't know that there is a limit to the number of Admin users you have.  I do know that if you have a 5 user program, you can install it on 5 computers (including the server) and have 5 active users. Here is a snip of the Sage 50 User License Agreement.

You should still be able to run Sage 50 without having local admin rights in Windows. There will be times when you see SageMgr.exe pop up when launching Sage 50 and ask for an admin password (UAC prompt). Usually if you enter the credentials once it won't keep coming up. If you cancel the prompt Sage 50 will still work but you will get prompted again next time you open Sage 50.

Of course It will also affect you when there are program updates. You will need to be logged in to Windows with admin rights or provide the credentials when prompted during the installation.

Hi, I'm not talking about Sage admin users, but Windows users.  In a typical Windows business network with a domain, it is best for people to be 'standard users' rather than 'local admin' or 'domain admin', to help prevent against malware/ransomware.

Hello I need help ?when i try to import inventory  it says G/l sales account error and to continue  press skip but even if I press skip to continue  It does not import the inventory 

Make sure that the fields you have selected for import exactly match the columns in your import file. If you get an error on a field that you do not have selected for import, that means it's a required field.

Also, quotation marks in your data will cause big problems when importing. I see this a lot because people use " as a symbol for inches in inventory IDs or descriptions.
