I'm updating Sage to force user passwords to expire, but I can't find much information about it online. If a password expires does sage allow/force them to change the password, or will they have to come to me at that point to update the password?

If a password is set to expire, the user will be prompted to change it the next time they log in. They will not need to come to you to update their password. You can also set it so that previously used passwords cannot be reused. Heads up!!
I had a situation where the Admin Password expired and they could not get back into Sage. That was a big mistake. They had to send me the company file to have me reset the password. If you are going to set an Admin to expire also, make sure you have more than one Admin that can reset passwords!
