Multtiple New Jobs

SUGGESTED

Hi,

Is it possible to add multiple new jobs for all of our existing jobs that we have int he system?  We currently set up 2 new jobs for every new job that we have.  We now need a 3rd job for every existing job and to manually enter them would take forever!

Thank you,

Sue

    Hi Sue,

    Thanks for posting.

Could you please confirm which Sage software you are using so we can make sure this post is in the correct Support Group?

    Thanks,

    Hi Sue,

Are you using the phases?   I am confused in what you are trying to accomplish.

But anyway, you could export your jobs, modify them and reenter them.

    Kind regards,
    Shirley

under file, export jobs, you can export your jobs to a job.csv (comma separated value) file. Then open the job.csv in Excel and change the job ID to the variation of the Job number. For example if your job I’d is ABC and you want to create another ABC job, you have to modify your Excel Job ID to ABC2, and ABC3. Save it, then import into Sage. Always make a backup before importing.
